Our Return & Refunds policy does not extend to purchases made from our authorised resellers.

Returns

You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging that came with it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from Myumee Marketing Plt.

Eligible merchandise may be returned with the conditions that must satisfy the following in order to be eligible for refund.

• The merchandise must be in the original unused condition. Example – such as the strollers must not have any wear and tear on the wheel.
• The Package must be complete with all the warranty cards, manuals, instructions and receipt for proof of purchase.
• Please note Beblum Distribution will not accept returns for any products that have been used, including, without limitation, product that show visible wear and fabric items that have been worn or washed.
• Please note Beblum Distribution do not provide return shipping service. Customer would need to arrange their own return shipping and the return shipping fee is to be bear by the customer themselves

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 30 days or depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We will issue refunds to you as well with the conditions that must satisfy the following order to be eligible for refunds

• If the courier cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products at your risk. If you wish for the courier to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise them to charge your credit card/ debit card for such re-delivery if any. If we do not hear from you within 28 days after receiving the returned item from the courier, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.
• Payment: For standard delivery we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. Items which are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be charged at the time of placing the order. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/ debit card, bank or PayPal account.
• We will replace products (or, where relevant, the faulty part) free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products by way of credit to your credit card/debit card or bank. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• The refund amount will undergo deduction from the transaction fee and the initial shipping fee that was absorbed by us for purchases subjected to our Free Shipping policy for purchases above RM 300 within West Malaysia.
• We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return item. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment, which generally takes within 60 days from the shipping date. For any return, contact our Customer Care team via Contact Us to initiate the return.
