4. Where can I redeem the MyCRS 2023 incentive?
You can redeem the MyCRS 2023 incentive by making CRS purchases at any baby store that have registered as listed on the MyCRS website (www.mycrs.gov.my).
5. What is the incentive amount that I am eligible to redeem?
The incentive amount given under this program is up to a maximum of RM150. Baby car seat that priced at RM150 and below can be purchased for free, while for car seat priced at RM150 and above, an additional payment needs to be made by the car seat holder.
6. What is the total number of CRS that I can purchase under this incentive program?
The allowable allowance is one (1) baby car seat for one (1) household.
7. How long is the validity period of the CRS incentive?
The redemption period of the MyCRS 2023 incentive is until October 30, 2023 or until the allotment of RM12 million is fully redeemed.
8. I am expected to have a child in 2023, can I apply for incentives through this system?
Yes, you can apply for MyCRS 2023 incentives starting from 1 July 2023 to 15 September 2023 at www.mycrs.gov.my. Eligibility will start on 19 June 2023. Please submit the pregnant woman’s health record book or Pink Book when making the incentive redemption.
