SAME DAY SHIPPING
Beblum website order offers KEX Express delivery service to the appointed address across Malaysia.
- Enjoy Free Shipping for same day shipping to West Malaysia when you purchase above RM100.
- Only applicable on Monday – Friday.
- Only applicable for order before 10 am, order received after 10 am will be processed on next following working day.
Standard Delivery
Beblum website order offers KEX Express delivery service to the appointed address across Malaysia.
- Enjoy Free Shipping for standard delivery to West Malaysia when you purchase above RM100.
- Order received during Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery location (subjected to courier rates).
- Estimate delivery time:
- West Malaysia: 2 – 7 working days
- East Malaysia: 7 – 14 working days
- Pre-Order item in a multiple item order will usually ship along with ready stock items once the pre order item is available for shipping.
- Tracking number will be sent via email once your order leave our warehouse.
- Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels.
Beblum has no control over the delivery service once the parcel is handed over to our panel courier company. Exceptional circumstances beyond control such as bad weather, festive seasons or courier delays may result in the courier company taking a longer time to deliver your parcel. If you have not received your order after 7 days from the shipping date, please contact Beblum for assistance.
If orders are undelivered during the first try due to no one at home or contact failure, the courier service will contact you again to arrange for another delivery attempt.
In the event the courier company failed to deliver after TWO attempts due to the reasons mentioned, the parcel will be returned to Beblum, and you may collect it from our warehouse. However, if you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged.
Please keep track of your parcel using the tracking number provided in your email. In the case of parcel mislocated (as shown on tracking details), we urge customers to contact Beblum immediately for investigation and clarifications.
Same Day Delivery
- Available time: Weekdays 10am to 4pm (Order received after 4pm will arrange on next working day)
- Not including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday.
- Available for Klang Valley Area only (subject to Lalamove service availability)
- Delivery Fees: starts from RM30 subjected to Lalamove quotation (will be affected by distance and product size)
